I appreciate very much the fact that you allow you customer to choose the shipping method and to know the shipping cost before entering the personal information (card number, etc.). This matters a lot to people like me who want to know the total cost of the item before proceding! Some of the other sites don't do that, and I pass them by.

I don't know how you do it but Garmin themselves didn't have the special base plate I required for my Garmin streetpilot 7,200 and you delivered it in what must have been a record time! You where also cheaper than the american sites who by the way didn't have the part in stock.
