First time using you. I came to the site due to a coupon (5% off RAM). I entered everything in the cart and activated the coupon, but after creating my account, the coupon dropped off the order and I had to start over. Second time it went through. I'm glad I noticed it, as I would have been disappointed if I only noticed it after the order was placed. Hope that info helps for future new customers.

I have purchased from gpscity before and was well satisfied as I expect I will be again. One comment I have though is your not shipping to po boxes. You do realize I hope that a large portion of Canada is rural and does not recieve home mail delivery and must pick up mail at a Post Office. You have just limited your potential customer base, bad for you. Case in point, I have a residential address and a po box# that my mail is delivered to,we have no home delivery.. I still have to go through the postmaster to recieve a parcel. If I didn't know the postmaster personally and was unable to use my residential address I would not be able to buy from you. I find your short sightedness disturbing especially when you know you are paid before the product even leaves your store. The reason for my rant is that in the past I have recommended your store to two different friends that live on rural routes with lot numbers and box numbers with billing addresses to match and they were not able to order from you even though they would have had to travel to the nearest post office with the parcel card they recieve to pick up the items in person showing identification that is recorded. Still disappointed. gwh
