I purchased the item and within 30 days your company emailed me that I could purchase the same product for $20 less. Most companies provide some price guarantee. You don't. When you email me to offer a lower price I feel taken. It is like someone sticking it to you and saying HA HA got you.
[Ed. note: The last thing we want to do is to antagonize our customers! We work very hard to find the best deals on items and to pass on the savings to our customers. Internet pricing is very dynamic and does change on a daily basis. As such, we cannot guarantee that prices will not change after you have purchased something. We also monitor our competition, and have not yet found anyone who will provide a price guarantee as you mentioned. You may find some retailers who do have such a policy, but their original price is usually much higher than ours in the first place, and the price guarantee process at these retail stores is a hassle - you have to: a) physically go back to the store, b) stand in line and wait, c) bring your receipt, d) sometimes bring your item, e) prove the lower price found elsewhere, and f) prove that the competition has the item in stock, etc., etc. ] |
