For your information and aside from being the best website for purchasing I have ever encountered - your company was recommended to me by Garmin! A lady by the name of "Mary" suggested, because I was a Canadian, I would save a lot of money if I dealt with your company due to a $40.00 additional fee fo send my items from the states as well as the Customs fees and duties! A good experience except that, when searching and checking the various search results, I had to keep re-entering the search phrase. This is because the search results are presented in a drop-down list. It would be better to present the search results on a single page that can be returned to after investigating each result.

I think GPS City is excellent. When I received the HD ecoRoute Model No. 010-11380-00 and found that my device was not listed on the box as a compatible GPS device they told me I could return it for a full refund. However, after checking with Garmin they told me it was compatible. I kept the unit.
