Do I have to create an account to see what the shipping costs will be for my order?
Hate having to enter all your account, address, and credit card information in order to see your order's shipping costs? Well so do we! We have designed our shopping cart to show the shipping costs for your order right up-front! This allows you to make price comparisons easily and without having to enter any credit card or account information.
Do you pad or inflate your shipping costs?
Our shipping rates are based directly on the rates given to us by the carriers. For the most part, rates are determined by applying a base rate plus a weight/volume based increment depending on the specific carrier. Please note that we do not pad or inflate the actual shipping rates we use. In rare cases, the shipping rate may increase slightly during the checkout process if our carriers determine your shipping address to be in an outlying or rural area (this is beyond our control). The adjusted shipping amount will be shown during the checkout process, so you will be able to see any changes.
