Description: Here we go through the Alarm Setup on the Humminbird 597ci HD. Press Menu twice to access the menu, then scroll over to Alarms. Depth Alarm can be set form 0 to 100 ft, to avoid running aground. When the Fish ID Alarm is enabled the unit will produce a sound when it believes there are fish below. Choose the voltage at which the Low Battery Alarm sounds. The Temperature Alarm and Aux. Temperature Alarms will both display in Farenheit and can be set between 0F and 120F. The Off Course Alarm can be set for variances between 300 and 3000 ft. The Arrival Alarm will sound when approaching the destination and can be set between 150 and 3000 ft. The Drift Alarm will engage when the boat leave a desired radius to indicate the anchor is dragging. The Alarm Tone can be set at either Low, Medium or High pitch.
