Auto Pause is a excellent feature for automatically stopping your GPS recordings when you are going below a set speed/pace or stopped. To set you Auto Pause feature navigate into the Settings menu then select 'Auto Pause'. You can set Auto Pause for a custom speed or when you are stopped.
