To obtain the best metrics, you will need to set the user profile as accurately as possible. GPS City shows you what options you can change and how to change them. Go into 'Settings' then down to the bottom of the menu to 'User Profile'. In user profile you can change your Gender, Birth Year, Weight and Height.
