Description: Here we go through the Navigation Setup on the Humminbird 597ci HD. Press Menu twice and then scroll over to Nav. The Current Track can be Saved, Cleared or changed in Appearance. Waypoints, Routes and Tracks will be listed for quick access. Waypoint Settings have Icon Categories (Environmental, Fish, Recreational, Supplies, Navigation, Alerts. Change the Default Waypoint Icon to your choice. Saved Track Defaults can be made to be Visible or Hidden, as well as Style and Color changed. Chart Orientation can be changed between North Up and Track Up. North Reference can be set to either True or Magnetic. The Trolling Grid Rotation can be selected anywhere from 0 to 89 degrees. Track Point Interval can be set at 1 sec, 5 secs, 10 secs. Course Projection Line can be Visible or Hidden. Continuous Navigation Mode can be either On or Off.
