operation generaly over touch screen models, you can stay
walking and still operate functions. Works well, readings
settle down fast, so far so good. We wish we could
customize the alarm settings, Garmin software seems not to
allow, as Magellan does for different distances. Still
getting use to it's operation, in that we began Geo-Caching

loaded and to get one I have to spend extra over 1/3 of the
unit’s prize. I tested the compass and after calibration
I’m finding it difficult to keep steady North direction. I
think none of the GPS should be sell without an active map
