Awesome product, bought this for my 30' Cobia center
console...Been out deep sea fishing twice since I bought it
and this until is kick ass. I also have a Raymarine in my
boat, no comparasion on which unit is better, in direct
sunlight the Garmin is easy to see and the Raymarine is
really hard especially with polarized sun glasses on.
Garmin touch screen is fast and easy to get around in.
Sonar is very accurate and setting waypoints is a breeze.
Raymarine not so easy. in fact the only thing i use the
Raymarine for is depth, which in fact I don't really need
because the Garmin has it on the screen at all times. I
also like the High/Low Tides screen. Yes it's expense, but
well worth every Dollar......
