I was disapointed in the accuracy of the spot soundings for
my area of interest. I know of depths that are not on the
chart near shore that would be vital in a fishing setting
and also of bars that are not shown.with all the sats
floating up there in space, one might think of how they
could be tasked for this.

OK. Not as good as the physical charts, but good enough for
my needs. Some awkward depth contour breaks where US &
Canadian charts meet as well as where scales differ between
adjacent charts. The breakdown of the regions around
Vancouver Island is awkward for those like me who boat both
sides of the Island - requires 2 unlock codes for a
relatively small area of the coast.

Very poor level of detail on the maps. I have Navionics
maps on my other GPS and these didn't compare. Overall
because of the poor maps I regret buying a Garmin GPS.
