why pay big bucks for an oregon or other expensive gadget
when you can have the same for less?

This replaces my good but ancient GPS 12. This is so much
smaller, and more accurate with WAAS technology. I'm new to
geocaching. When this unit says I'm at a cache, so far I
have been within 1-1.5 m from it. Downloads of cache data
from Geocaching.com is simple and practically instantaneous.
Battery life is great with alkaline, have yet to try NiMh.
Overall, great unit. Haven't set up chirp yet

Does everything I wanted of it. Good for logging trails, and
lots of integration with Google Earth and Geocaching.
Touchscreen display is preferable to buttons on the side,
IMHO. NiMH battery life is a lot shorter than advertised.
Any LCD screen is hard to see in full sunlight.
Overall, an excellent value.
