tracker for three years prior to purchasing this
product to track my pig dogs. I took the astro out
once and sold the other tracker as soon as I got
home. This has revolutionized my hunting. My dogs
track out up to 3 kms and I often hunt in dense bush
and mountainous country. The Astro 220 with the DC30
collars work very well in this terrain.
Now I know what the dogs are doing and where they
are. I have found out which of my dogs is doing all
the work and have already, after a month, got two pigs
that I would not have known about with the old tracker.
I have lost radio contact and less frequently GPS
signal, but only ever for a few minutes at a time.
