Must agree with the review which said the case is too
small. I own the Etrex Vista and were afraid to jam it in
as I would have a very difficult time to get it out. Did
not keep the receipt so not able to return it and postage
would be prohibitive. Have a nice collectable now. The
other option by Garmin appears to be better for the older
etrex with the gray screen as Jesse reviewed from Gpscity.
Will look into a camera case instead!A little disappointed
as the quality is first class.

This is a perfect fit for my Garmin etrex Legend HCx. I
have heard some people complain that the fit is too tight,
but really if you want keep your device secure and not
rattle around, then this is the correct fit. If it was a
holster for a six gun, it is snug enough that you probably
wouldn't win a showdown. Very sturdy construction.

I got the holster for my etrex Legend to replace
the "button-and-belt-socket" I'd been using. I
like the holster a lot better. It is more secure
and keeps the unit's top pointing up instead of
rotating like the other holder.

It's a rugged holster with a sturdy belt clip,
but it is such a tight fit that I have to use two
hands to pull my Summit HC out of it. It's so
tight that the holster is stripping the
rubberized coating off the Summit HC battery
cover and it scuffs the protective film that I
have placed on the Summit's LCD screen
