This is a great product. It is easy to install, both on wrist and bike. The switch back and forth is a breeze. I've only been using this for a few weeks so cannot attest to durability.

only for people with skinny wrists, though!
the circumference of my wrist (where the watch band goes) is 16cm, and the watch band has no more than about 1 to 1.5 cm slack it could fit a bigger wrist.
You have to take the watch out of the clip assembly tocharge it. I doubt the pins (which normally secure the band tothe watch are engineered to deal with the repeated stresses ofclipping/unclipping the watch from the assembly.
So if you just use the watch for running, you are probably betteroff buying a traditional watch band (or two -- hard to know whichwill last longer, the watch or the band).

I like the new wrist band of velcro, but I have not mounted the other parts to my bike as of yet.....

This item was a replacement for a Previously purchased QR Kit Approx 20 months old that the Velcro on the wrist strap had just plain worn out on from use, I wish the life span on the first one had of been longer but its a great kit anyway's and switching between Bike & run Is a piece of Cake.
