the circumference of my wrist (where the watch band goes) is 16cm, and the watch band has no more than about 1 to 1.5 cm slack it could fit a bigger wrist.
You have to take the watch out of the clip assembly tocharge it. I doubt the pins (which normally secure the band tothe watch are engineered to deal with the repeated stresses ofclipping/unclipping the watch from the assembly.
So if you just use the watch for running, you are probably betteroff buying a traditional watch band (or two -- hard to know whichwill last longer, the watch or the band). RRH_88, March 28, 2013 This item was a replacement for a Previously purchased QR Kit Approx 20 months old that the Velcro on the wrist strap had just plain worn out on from use, I wish the life span on the first one had of been longer but its a great kit anyway's and switching between Bike & run Is a piece of Cake.
