I bought one and it works great! It's
really easy to use it and it has many
cool options like you can save locations
and navigates you there or it shows you
the way back to the startpoint of your
run.
It findes GPS signal very fast(max
2minutes) and don't loose the signal like
the applications on mobile phones.
The HRM it connects fast and the soft
strap is really comfortable.

For a GPS watch with heart rate monitor this one is
definitely a well priced option. Other reason for going with
this one instead of the similarly priced 110 is that the 410
has more configuration options including the ability to
store a waypoint and navigate back to it. As I plan to use
the watch both for running and as a backup GPS for hiking
this one was important to me.
GPS works well, pairs without issues to heart-rate monitor
and cadence sensor. Touch bezel is OK, but buttons would be
better.

Bought the Forerunner 410 after returning the Forerunner
10, which failed to pick up GPS in Manhattan. The 410 can
take a couple of minutes to find GPS in the city, but once
connected, it runs great. And the wireless data upload with
Garmin connect is very cool. The website accurately maps
your route and shows various data points, such as pace,
calories burned, etc.
