Likewise, when I did have some issues loading the maps (wasn't sure how to update MapSource on the laptop after having uploaded the maps onto the Zumo 660), the folks at Garmin Support were extremely helpful and everything got sorted out just fine Mike, April 24, 2013 Process to update maps is simple enough, although it does requirea significant amount of available memory in your computer and Garmin Express (the software that does the uploading and processing of the uploaded files) does not allow changing the storage of the files to a drive other than C:. This can be a problem if your C: drive has little drive space left on it.
