It loosens itself and falls off, leading to loss of the fuse and "button" that contacts the power source, or if you tighten it too much, the threaded part breaks. The kit would be much better if the threaded part were made of a more durable material, and if the kit included a small dab of a Loc-tite like substance, which would keep it from loosening.
