| Connected to Garmin Nuvi 500. Would not power up and no
light. Checked the fuse and it was OK. I used this brand
cable on a different bike with the same GPS and it worked
fine. | |

| Though the price is a touch cheaper than what Garmin offers, I
decided to go with this not only because it came in a kit, but
thought there shouldn't be much of a difference in quality given
it's only a wire, right?
This power cable was returned for the Garmin power cable because
it broke after a day. Some of the solders came loose inside
resulting in some bad connections which ultimately resulted in a
short. If you are looking at this, perhaps spend the extra buck
and get the Garmin cable. It's super durable and very robust. | |
