The detail and imaging is excellent. Being new you have to
get adjusted to the menu options. I agree with the comments
about user manual - virtually worthless. But the unit
performance is outstanding. Would definitely recommend!!

Great unit. GPS city ships very fast. Amazing resolution ,
especially if you are used to a traditional fish finder. I
was told it had a fish alarm - NOT. At least I can't find it.
Unit mount does not swivel around - but only up and down.
The owners manual shows a fish alarm. It also refers to a
"traditional view". They are just using it for reference i
guess...Overall, if you have used fishfinders with GPS
before, you will have no problem navigating through the
menus on this unit. works at 43 MPH as well but poor when
you are sitting still on the water. The views of the lake
bottom will knock your socks off!

My first time using a Fishfinder and I am struggling.
Documentation points out all the great features but near to
none on HOW TO use them. I don't know how to look for fish,
front of the boat, does the screen show real time or is it
refreshing left to right. What is a fish going to look like
and where in relationship is it to the boat. Simple things if
you know how the unit works, very difficult if you don't.

This shows outstanding imaging. The only problem is that
there is no fish id or alarm. So if you are used to a regular
fish finder, this unit is not for you. The description of
this unit is very misleading. You basically have to be
looking at the screen all the time to see if there are any
fish unlike the usual finders giving you an alarm.
