ordered one before that never did make it but that was the
PO fault, seems it hit the bermuda triangle in Denver never
to be seen again. The second time I ordered it everything
went like it should have and they are going to refund me

to get the power cable part of the assembly.I tried in vain
to buy a power cable for the elite 5 dsi.I went to the Q & A
and asked if I could get an extension cable as my boat is 23
ft and was told that there is one available but gps city
does not have them in stock.this is of no use to
me.generally speaking,I find support for lowrance products
to be greatly lacking........George
