Recent reviews for this item: Tony, May 23, 2013 I bought this to use on my polaris RZZ. so far works great. Installed with no problems. Just need to do my wiring a little better. Used it with RAM Mount Rectangular AMPS Plate B-Ball RAM-B-347U, RAM Mount Medium Arm B-Socket RAM-B-201U, RAM Mount Utility Strap Steel U-Bolt Base with 1 inch Ball. The only part I might replace is the last one. Not because this one is bad, just know there is another type that hooks to the roll cage better. I have mine on the top roll bar. RZR has a roof on it, helps keep down the glare. The wiring was easy enough to do and you can find out which wires go where on here. Oh the mount does hold real well also. Rolled it on the side and neither mount nor GPS moved. Held in place and didn't budge. Rich, April 16, 2013 This product seems well made. It was easy to install and is simple to use. Don, April 12, 2013 I mounted this on my atv and wired it direct to the auxiliary power supply... It works great. No more worries about dead batteries for one, and no worries about losing signal while my GPS was tucked away in my pocket... Works better then I had anticipated. Eric, April 10, 2013 I fount this mount when coupled with the Ram mount AMPS adapter works flawlessly for carrying my Garmin Montana on my street bike and my ATV. It locks in the GPSr fantastically with a very solid feeling and provide full connectivity. The button release works easily and is couples with Garmin's customary Torx screw lock. It also has a nice long lead wire for a variety of mounting options, though I did modify my cord to suit my needs.
