Very clear contour lines. After I learned how to select the
different maps in my GPS, it works very well. I've tried it
in my GPSMAP640 and in my Nuvi 265WT - both show very good
definition.

I ordered the Garmin U.S. Inland Lakes Full Coverage
microSD with SD Adapter on Dec 1, 2010 and I received on
Dec 3, 2010. Wow, extremely fast shipping, less than 3
days. Price was the best I could find when you consider
both the cost of the product and the cost of shipping. The
item was exactly as described. I noticed another reviewer
gave this product 2 stars, however, it clearly shows that
homework has not been done prior to his/her ordering. This
product is great as long as you understand that it covers
the US Inland Lakes and it is not one of the 5 separate
regions (meaning buying 5 separate maps) of the US Lake
Vision product,
Initially, I will be using the card in my 1490LMT Nuvi. By
bying the SD micro card, I have the flexibility to use it
in other compatible Garmin GPS receiver. (I have my eye on
a GPSMAP 78s or 62s.) Word of caution, using an automotive
GPS may not provide all the features like a Marine GPS
would, however, I found it more than acceptable for my
needs. Be aware, also, that Nuvis are not waterproof,
therefore, you have to keep them dry on the water.
One more final note. When I put my card in the Nuvi,
nothing happened. I immediately thought that I got a
defective product. After some research on the Garmin site,
I learned that on my Nuvi 1490 I have to go into
Tools/Settings/Map/Info and de-highlight the City
Navigator, every time I want to use the US Lakes
information. When you want to revert to the automotive
function, you have to go back to Tools/Settings/Map/Info
and re-highlight the City Navigator map. You do not have to
remove the US Inland Lakes card from the GPS slot.

Bought this thinking it was a good deal because it was the
same price as the regional Inland Lakes from Garmin.
Unfortunately, it was a different version. I did not know
there was a different "Vision" version that GPSCity does
not sell. I realized this after reviewing the packaging
and had to return it.
