I purchased this card in April, 2011, just prior to trip to
Australia. My Nuvi350's (I have 3) would not recognize it
and it locked up both my GPSMAP60CSx's. I phoned Garmin
and they were of no help (said it should work with both
units) and advised might be a card problem. I phoned
GPScity and they offered to send replacement card on
receipt of the old one being returned. The new card
arrived a day or so before departure and it still did not
load into the 350's but did load into the GPSMAP60CSx's, so
I had something that worked. I used it for 6 weeks around
Australia and it worked satisfactorily - trails seemed to
be valid for the most part, but some of the highways were a
bit out of date. The GPScity contact tried the returned
card in a newer 60 and it loaded OK, but he did not have a
350 to try it in. My 60s date back to first release and my
Nuvi's to 2008, so it may be that older hardware is not
tolerant enough.
The card worked in a friend's Nuvi750 and it works fine in
my new Montana650. So you might be OK with this card if you
have recent hardware, but beware!
I gave it low ratings because of the problems I encounterd
and the ignorance of Garmin support personnel.
GPScity folks were quite co-operative - better than Garmin!
