We purchased the Garmin TOPO card for our hike in the Grand
Canyon. It well for the trails that we hiked.

Been using the product daily on hikes through northern
AZ. Quite good on contour lines and terrain features.
Several of the trails are outdated - would be good if
one were looking for ancient trails. Street maps are
good. Unfortunately I can't print an overlay of the tracks
i've made on top of the map using Basemap - the package
won't allow it. ( I can only look at the overlay +
map) . This is a major disappointment given what is
being charged for the product. i would have given it a
4.5 otherwise

Gps City deliver promptly. Garmin information on the card is
similar to the old USGS maps with no information updated in my
area. I had hoped data had been updated. Some canals,
drains, river channel changes have not been updated for more
than 20-40 years. I had hoped for more recent information. I
am going to look for some outside mapping information to see
what is available and count this as a loss.

Would not recommend this for use on a 1690.
