multi function displays used as engine instruments for a
Suzuki outboard. It works as advertised and updates the
displays. It is relatively easy to use and the only issue
found while doing this is the SD card must be formatted to
FAT32 as the devise does not support NTFS. Service from GPS
City was good with reasonable pricing and quick delivery. Christopher, August 16, 2010 Didn't have a Garmin chartplotter but used a Garmin GPS 17x
NMEA2000 with a Lowrance X-25c since a Garmin GPS is far
superior to a Lowrance GPS. But no way to update the
firmware on it without a Garmin chartplotter until this
unit came out. Garmin wanted $69 to update the firmware
via their service department. This was much easier and the
price was comparable, plus it allows for future software
updates.
