leave the trace of an adhesive permanent disk on my dash. Irish, April 9, 2012 It does its job nearly perfectly, except once. It sticks,
holds, stays stable during turns, relocates dash easily,
moves to another car easily, without needing the power cord
except for longer trips.
Only problem: once the whole assembly fell off the dash when
I started quickly. Now at this time I was experimenting
with a placement close to the edge, and had noticed that it
had a tendency to creep down in from position. I admit that
I might not have nudged it back from a slow, gradual creep
past the edge of the dash. I also admit that nothing broke
this time.
But still. It COULD have broken.
I am no longer experimenting with placing it close to the
edge, and I no longer notice any down-slope creep. And so
far, it is working well. Just note this if you buy one, and
I DO recommend it--it is much more flexible than the suction

I like that I can take the whole unit and store it in the
console of m SUV. Out of sight, out of temptation. Bill, May 20, 2009 I have used this mount for my Garmin Streetpilot
7200 in several vehicles and I have not had any
problems with it. I would highly recommend.
