online in the states and inserting the European chip it got
us traveling almost immediately after turning it on in
Italy. It gets us through large and small cities with no
problems plus alerted us about traffic and construction
problems and routed us around them. Great product for the
price. Have not used in the states. David, March 7, 2012 Overall the unit works quite well. Maps and graphics and
information provided is as expected.
The audio (voice quality, clarity & pronunciation) is poor,
sounds very mechanical, compared to other units I have
owned (Tom Tom) and far below my expectation.
