Garmin has given Canada the software to use all of the
features. If you want the web capability and the ability
to use the Ecoroute HD, this is the unit to use.
I would highly recommend this GPS. jfra1379, September 3, 2010 My wife and I used this GPS on a three week long, marathon
road trip that took us through most of Ontario. In the
major urban centers (ie: Toronto, Ottawa), the traffic
updates kept us out of trouble!
The unit has a few quirks the time of arrival can have big
swings without any good reason, and there was one occasion
where the unit appeared to unilaterally turn off and not
want to restart. A quick bump of the power button fixed
this, though.
All in all, a significant improvement over our Nuvi 255!
I'd happy recommend the unit.
