 		 The first one I purchased from GPSCity had problems.The battery would not hold a charge when the unit was off.The USB connection to the computer didn't work.(all 3 of my computers wouldn't recognize the unit.GPSCity sent me a replacement in two days. The replacement is working flawless.Thank you GPSCity.

 		 Its very good unit problem is there should be an owners manual with full details on operating it limeted info for useing this gps also can not hear sometimes

 		 Wow. Easy to use, full of information. I drove through Montana, all speed limits were posted accurately, weather conditions, p.o.i. were accurate. Very nice unit.
