Recent reviews for this item: cousindan, February 4, 2013 Used this to mount a Humminbird 998CSI fish finder to my
bass boat. It has a nice wide base so the fiberglass hull
is not under stress from the rocking. Its a wee bit on the
small side and if I had to do it again I'd go with the 2"
ball instead. Its fine but not rock steady and has a little
bit of wabble to with all the weight on the other end.
Overall works great.
