pain to install. The vehicle it came recommended
for does not even have the type of seat brackets
it can mount too. Have to have custom bracket
fabricated to make it work properly.

great. Sebastian, February 1, 2007 Everything installs and holds up well except for one minor problem which is unfortunately the key item to keeping the laptop stable. The ball that connects the arm to the base doesn't have a wedge of any kind to keep it firmly in place. No matter how light the laptop, the everyday bumps of the road make it impossible to keep in a firm position. We tried tightening the grip on the ball as best we could but it is a smooth ball. even tightening with a vice until it can not be undone by human hands yields no results. If that one item could be rectified somehow, this would be the greatest laptop mount in the world.
