After getting the Zumo 660 unit i found that there was no good way to mount the XM antenna until I found the RAM mount. Having so many holes came in handy when looking for locations to mount the XM antenna which saved me from having to drill holes and brake the paint seal from the metal. I found an out of the way place next to the rear turn signal to mount the antenna. It could also have mounted on the handle bars using the u-bolt or on the master cyclinder. Simple device that worked well.

This Antenna Plate worked great,,I didn't have to remove the seat and run the antenna cable to the trunk,,it mounts to the back of the Satellite radio, and it looks Really Good,,the only Problem is the Screws are too short, you either have to go to the hardware store or do like I did and order longer screws from RAM.

I was not wanting to put the antenna on the roof as
directed. This Small, inexpensive add on was just the
ticket. It works well - though I might have better
reception (marginally) with a fully installed antenna. Also
it offers me the option of temporarily moving the radio to
another vehicle (as I had to do this week)
without "installing" the aerial. Highly recommended.

This bracket was the perfect answer to my need to mount my
XM antenna on my motorcycle. The GPS City staffer was
extremely helpful and cheerfully solved my dilemma...and
for less that $10!
