bar stem on modern mountain bike, my stem is a steep angle
and this is the only thing that would work and allow easy
removal when not in use. It also can be used for other
activities by purchasing various ball mounts to attach to
whatever you want (kayak, car, motorcycle etc.) This mount
works very well and allows you to position the GPS unit at
an angle that allows for easy viewing! I have used it for
a couple of months now in very technical, rough MTB trails
and it has never fallen off, I am very pleased with this
