extra srcew down mount (1" ball) for my son's boat. Now I
can take my hand held with me when I go fishing with him.
On my boat, the mount has preformed perfect. I previously
put my hand held in the cup holder on the dash. Now my GPS
stands up taller and the angle can be changed as needed
very easily. It is still new but so far the powder coat
finish has held up in the salty conditions on the flats. Dennis, June 14, 2010 My son told me about this site, after numerous inquiries to
Magellan for information on a mounting plate for their
product. Magellan does not have any such mount, but I found
your mount to be the perfect solution. The unit fits
perfectly in the mount, and I've since mounted the GPS on
my boat.
