It is a large box to have on a bike, but it is very solid.
It adjusts easily and resists water well. The back plate
for holding the case onto the mount seems like it wouldn't
be waterproof so I caulked it before mounting it. I have
had no issues with the case or mount. The front transparent
cover is thick and doesn't allow for touch screen (at least
with my iphone). Fits perfectly with the Mophie Juice Pro
Pack.

I purchased a new Sprint Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch
phone, with the intent of using it to provide real time
radar while motorcycle touring. I do not mind rain, but
storms are another mater. I needed a way to mount it that
was both waterproof and secure. The Aqua Box seemed to be
the perfect answer. When I received it and attempted to
install my phone for the first time, I immediately realized
that it was not going to fit without some minor surgery.
The specifications list the internal width of the case as
2.88", but that does not take into account the Flex-Lens
screen insert. The actual usable internal width is, 2.63".
The difference is small, but significant considering the
overall with of the phone, including the side mounted on/off
and volume buttons, is 2.77". In order to make the phone
fit, I had to carefully remove a small portion of the
Flex-Lens opposite the two buttons. This solved the problem
and allowed the phone to fit up against the screen. The
second challenge was to find a molded, right angle Micro-USB
adapter to provide power to the phone. The case is not long
enough to allow the use of a straight adapter. The only
adapter I found that fit (and it just fits), is a Motorola
SKN6258a, which is readily available on the Internet. The
rest is pretty easy and only requires cutting a couple of
slots in the foam to fit the power cable.
Even though it took a bit effort to make the phone fit, I
think it was worth it. The case is well made and the
mounting options are endless.

I bougth this size by mistake, as I needed the Aqu6
meidium/wide for my Garmin Nuvi 765T. However, I tried my
BB Storm and it fit perfectly. No cables. When I put the BB
in the case, then the touch screen would not work. I took
the BB out and held it up to the screen to check out the
cause of the issue and low and behold the BB touch screen
operated through the waterproof film.
The reason that it work was me providing a ground screen
for the capacity touch screen on the BB. Next I covered the
foam insert to hold the BB up against the screen with 2
layers of aluminum foil next to the back of the BB to aid
in forming a capacity ground plane and put it back together
and low and behold the touch screen operated through the
waterproof screen on the Storm 2 Blackberry. So now I have
a sturdy motorcycle waterproof mount for my BB now. Cool.
