as I have ridden through some substantial downpours but it
is also mounted behind my windshield that takes the brunt
of the weather. I have not figured out the advantage of the
padlock holes on a cradle that you can remove from the
mount and walk away with. Jim, July 13, 2011 bought the aqua box for my tom tom just wasnt ready to
spend big bucks on a new gps.the screen is a little
difficult to see through when in the sunlight could use
some sort of sun shade it is waterproof happy with that.the
mount is versatile can be moved to work in any
configuration. overall i would recomend it is a reasonable
way to use your gps from your auto
