I like it

Sorry I can't give an informed opinion. I bought the GPSMap76
from Canadian Tire on a clearance sale as they were
discontinued items. Next I bought a Ram Mount holder from
your company who also advised me (later) that my GPS76
didn't have enough memory to accept the North America city
maps. I contacted Garmin and they confirmed this. I had bought
the wrong instrument, so Canadian Tire took it back. I still
have the holder which appears to be very high quality.

Very rigid construction, once the unit is tightened, even
on rough dirt roads there is no movement and it says where
you installed it.

I work for USDA. I use the issued Map76 to make area &
linear field measurements. I needed a mount to put the unit
close enough for me to easily see the screen. It mounted
easily to the handle bar of my ATV and is right where I
need it. It is secure and stable for really rough terrain
and can be quickly moved if tree limbs or brush require it.
