| Today I had a chance to try out the RAM camera mount (RAM-B-149Z-C2) which I had just purchased. It was a disaster: The plastic 1.11'' OD x 12'' Long Black PVC Pipe component (RAP-PP-1112) is friction fitted at both ends into the two Plastic Female Pipe Sockets (RAP-276U) provided. Even though all the parts were fitted in snugly, as I was riding, the plastic pipe worked its way loose and I lost my camera which was attached to it at speed. The camera was destroyed. :-( This is a poorly designed product. Don't buy! | |
