It does hold very securely and as the previous reviewer
noted, it really holds on to the GPS making removal of it a
little difficult but not a real problem.
My only concern would be the eventual failure of that
portion of the mount that snaps over the top of the GPS
after repeated cycles of placing and removing the unit, due
to the amount of flex/stress on that part. At this point (4-
5 cycles) I see no evidence supporting that concern.
Aside from the snap in/snap out concern, the mount seems
bulletproof. Don, May 10, 2009 Holds securely but was difficult getting the unit
