dan, March 23, 2012 the width of the mount is not wide enough for some glare
shield. Also, it should have come with a longer arm. The

Guy, February 25, 2012 In order to mount this on the Bell 206 helicopter glare
shield I had to make some modifications, since the rim (lip)
of the glare shield does not permit installation of the
mount as is:

protect the glare shield from getting scratched or
3) Drill and tap (threading) ¼"-20 holes opposite the
existing threaded screws, I put in there short ¼"-20 screws
and put on them the provided plastic caps, this permits
securing the mount around the lip of the glare shield.
