My only complaint is that it has a limited range if used in certain positions. For example, if each ball is at 90° from this arm, the phone mount cannot swivel and instead must face straight forward. There is another arm with an integrated swivel to solve this problem -- so depending on your use, you may want to get the swivel model instead. Hunter, April 3, 2013 Product works as expected. Grant, March 12, 2013 Although the gripping feature on the ball joint is very positive, I feel the Arm could have a glued felt liner where it grabs the ball so there is a smother flexibility between arm and ball. Great product!
