compromise: the clip on this unit is so tight that it is
destructive - it took chips out of the upper edge of my new
iPad3. On the other hand, it is a very sturdy cradle [if it
fits your device properly], and the docking feature seems to
work well.
Express Mounts recommended trying the HOL-AP8, without
docking as the iPad should fit better in the cradle.
Express Mounts very helpful and responsive to my problem.
Also contacted RAM [manufacturer] but no reply yet even
thought I sent them pictures of the damage. I will do
business with Express Mounts in the future don, February 25, 2012 Fast shipment and Item is as it should be.
