This is a rugged and well designed weather proof case. I
bought it to fit my entire Magellan Car Kit in it to hold
and charge my iPhone, so it's a bit bulkier than I'd like
when mounted on my motorcycle handlebars, but it works as
well as anticipated.
Other reviewers have commented negatively on the ability to
use touch screens with the flexible skin, but I'm not sure
what they are expecting. To be durable and weatherproof,
the skin has to be thicker. I was surprised at the ability
to use the touch screen at all and wasn't really expecting
it to be as good as it is. Yes, it isn't like the bare
touch screen and takes more to get used to, but it's fine
enough for inclement weather use. If I need finer control
and it's not raining, I just open the lid. I'm even able to
use it with my summer riding gloves on and that was totally
unexpected. I did notice that the touch screen seemed to
work better with the unit charging, so perhaps that has
something to do with it.
Some have also commented about the clarity of the skin.
Again, to make it durable, it can't be paper thin. So I'll
give them some credit here too for making it as good as it
is. I too would prefer a bit more clarity, but I understand
the limitations of the materials they have to work with to
keep it flexible, but durable. The only con I'll mention is
they could include some installation instructions for
installing the skin (even online would be good). It's not
as obvious as you might think because there is a lip on the
top of the lid that the flexible skin has to go over. Took
a bit before I figured that out, but after I did, the skin
fit very well and the touch screen abitliy improved with
more tension on the skin surface.

The ineternal dimensions are not the size of what is able
to fit. The measurement should be from the narrowest
portion, not the opening at the top. Thhe cover should be
formed better.

Box structure seems very good, but silicone lens is quite
poor quality.
Does not work with touch screens.

It's a good product, but I do have to say that I was
suprised it didn't come with the mounting stalk. I had to
buy that seperate.
