Recent reviews for this item: Phil, January 6, 2011 I installed this on my Toyota Camry windshield. In order to
comply with California regulations on windshield mounts, it
had to be in the lower corner, not more than 5 inches from
the bottom or side. The suction cup mount is fairly long
but, by bending the arm in a tight angle, I was able to do this.
Because of the length of the arm, it was vibrating a bit,
but I was able to bend it so that the actual GPS rests
against the front of the dash. No more vibration and,
because of the flexibility of the arm, it was simple to
adjust to a position that eliminated glare almost completely.
The arm is flexible but very firm, and takes quite a bit to
bend it. Once in place, it stays put.
