Recent reviews for this item: Brett, January 10, 2013 I have used another brand of suction mounts that failed
soon after mounting.
This mount seems to be better suited to my use for the XM
receiver i use it on.
The one problem I had was the nuts supplied for the
receiver backing bracket were too small to fill the molded
seat they were designed to fit in and stop the nut from
moving when the screw was tightened.
