The Ram Mount, Garmin G-Ball Lil Buddy Mount RAP-180-G1U solved a GMC Denali mounting problem. The stock suction cup mount supplied with Garmin units does not work from my experience. I have used Ram Mounts in all kinds of vehicles from cars, Hot Rods, to trucks since the old Garmin Street Pilot days. Ram Mounts are the best system I have found due to their never fail track record with all applications where I have put them into use they also look good. The Ram Mount Garmin G-Ball Lil Buddy Mount RAP-180-G1U was no exception. My Garmin 2555LMT is now firmly attached to my Denali and does not fall off its mounting location on every trip down a bumpy road as did the stock suction cup mount from Garmin. Garmin makes the best GPS units in my opinion, they should really consider a partnership with Ram Mount, maybe offer a gift certificate with each Garmin sold for a Ram Mount of Choice.

I purchased two pieces, to mount in both vehicles, and so far I have had no issues with then. They mounted easy, and started put. I was concerned about the floor coming off being in the hot Florida sun, but so far...no problem.
