The easy on/off gps bike mount has been holding up to rigorous mountain bike riding. I purchased another base, for my other bike, and I can switch the gps from bike to bike. With the gps mounted on the handlebar stem this was causing interference with my bike computer, so I moved the bike computer towards the handlebar grips. This solved the problem and all is working flawlessly.

Mount is easy to install and holds GPS securely. My only
gripe is the zip ties used to mount the base to the
handlebars...I made the zip ties as tight as possible and
still have a little play in the mount. If my bike hits a
bump, the mount slips down placing the GPS at a harder to
read (downward)angle. The GPS must then be pushed back into
place by hand. I thought perhaps it was just me not getting
the zip ties tight enough, but a friend bought the same
mount right after me and he has the same issue. I wish the
mount could have been secured with good old fashioned
screws. That being said, I do like the mount as it is easy
to use and I have no fear of the GPS falling out of the mount.

I ordered my mount and paid for it plus shipping on-line.
The item was NEVER delivered to my house. I had to go to the
post office to pick it up. GPS City did NOT pay for the full
shipping amount. I had to pay additional shipping charges at
the post office........ The item DOES NOT fit all handlebars
without modification. I put this mount on a 18in Kona MTN
bike, but was not able to put it close to the center of the
handlebars. The mount was too small. I was able to mount it
near the outside of the handlebars or the end next to the
grip. JUST clears the shifter components. MAKE SURE you
measure your handlebars PRIOR to ordering to make sure it
will fit wear you want. The mount also does NOT fit a taper
in the handlebars of any kind. I will say the the on-line
price is fair and even having to pay for the additional
shipping, .48 cents, the price is still fair. The
inconvenience of the drive to the post office is not.

The bike mount fitted perfectly using one of the brackets.
It appears sturdy and holds my 60CS well.
A good deal at $20
And regular shipping was quoted as much longer, the item
arrived in 36hrs from Calgary to Hamilton. Nice!
