Recent reviews for this item: Blaine, July 18, 2012 The RAM cupholder mount is very well made, strong, and works
well. There are 2 issues that could be raised. (1) the
mount part that goes in the cupholder is very tall--like a
tall go-cup height. I don't see why it should be this tall,
and leaves a bunch sticking out which is ugly. The other is
that the mount interface to the phone is not adjustable,
which means you have to remove your case to put the phone in
the mount. I didn't think of that until I tried to use it.
That is a pain, and probably will lead to wear and tear,
carrying your phone without the case (in a hurry, you won't
put it back in) risking damage, and will lead to peel
off of any screen protector.
